I'm looking for a great apricot pie recipe. Do any of you have one you could share with me that you recommend?

    I have never made an apricot pie, but if I did make one I would just make it like a peach pie.

    If you can get your hands on a copy of Martha Stewart's "The Baking Book", you will find a scrumptious recipe for peach, cherry, and apricot pie in the pie chapter. :o)
